eVHC Sales Development Programme

Day One

A combination of consultancy-based training and coaching. We focus on all areas of your department ensuring each key member of the eVHC process is given the correct tools for success.

    • Management training session – including a full eVHC process review as well as monitoring and measurement of key areas of focus, through the use of a personalised KPI tracker.

    • Advisor sales training – full process implementation from initial customer booking through to final follow up of unsold work off the back of the eVHC. We focus not only on the process but also on objection handling, time management and upsell skills.

    - Technician (one-to-one) training – focusing on video preparation and process as well as confidence building through real-life application (please ask for details on how we can tailor our video process to your dealer group/dealer network).

    - Parts session – eVHC opportunity awareness training, how they can make or break the eVHC success.

Day Two

Our consultants will shadow and coach your team, ensuring all new skills and processes are in use. Through the use of real-life application, we will assist your department with live upsell and demonstrate how the application of learning should look.

Sustainment

We will work with your dealership staff and managers, monitoring and measuring progress made from the initial training period. We aim to provide an instant return on your training investment.
